Hello, my name is Rita, and I began a conscious relationship with my Higher Self in 1985.
Since that awakening, many wonderful ideas, techniques, and information have been brought to me. I began emailing FREE Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Affirmations, and hosted The Wise Woman Way on public-access TV in New York City.
Now, in my new home in Oregon, I'm continuing to create a life of powerful self-expression, compassion, and awareness. It brings me great joy to share my process, experiences, and beliefs through my free affirmations, the new version of The Wise Woman Way, my Internet radio show and Moon Meditation series, my animal communication, and my individual Life Coaching practice so that others can enjoy the same bliss I have come to know.

Each episode of The Wise Woman Way uses the energy of the moment, and the focus of the week's affirmations and creative visualization, to discuss how we can find more love, harmony, joy and peace in our world by making conscious choices.
The Wise Woman Way is a spiritual exercise show, designed to help you wake up and stay awake! I respond to current events, my own life challenges, and email messages from viewers, drawing from my 20 years of experience to offer individual coaching on-the-spot.

Society has been taught to believe that "reality" happens and that we are victims of circumstance, luck, genes, etc. etc. etc. This is not true, the truth is we create it all by the way we think.
A one-on-one consultation is a "jump start" and can help you identify the thoughts, feelings and beliefs you hold that keep blockages and patterns in place. During this session I will guide you through a relaxing visualization that will alter the choices, decisions and attitudes you hold thereby bringing relief and change at an accelerated and exponential pace.
