The Spiritual Age is not just another age to be documented in the pages of history books.
The Spiritual Age is a quantum leap in the evolution of humankind.
There are 12 distinct stages in the evolution of human consciousness, and these are listed later in this book. There is a lower tier of six material stages followed by a higher tier of six spiritual stages. Once a person shifts from the material tier into the spiritual tier of evolution, everything changes. The old rules no longer apply, and the ways of the new reality have to be understood and acted upon.
Imagine the radical change that a butterfly goes through in its transformation from an earthbound, limited chrysalis to the joyous freedom of a butterfly. Likewise, a radical transformation occurs when humans move into the spiritual stages of their evolution.
When you enter the realms of spiritual consciousness through the gateway of the heart, you begin to understand that love is more important than money, power, fame, or any of the other entrapments of material life.
Upon moving into the energy of unconditional love, it becomes clear that helping others is the key to success in life. Your viewpoint of life is expanded, just as the butterfly sees more from its position above the ground than it ever saw before while earthbound.
In the New Reality, success will be measured, not by money, but by the amount of joy in your life.
Once a person has gained an understanding of the expanded realm of the heart, they are free to move on to the next stages of spiritual consciousness. Inspiration starts to flow. Inner knowing comes to the fore. Intuition is your daily guide and helper as the wisdom of your soul comes forth to help you succeed at all your efforts in life.
With soul communion comes the blissful joy of spiritual consciousness. With that blissful joy comes inner peace and the lifting away of all the cares of the world. This is reality. This is the state that God always intended for you to discover so that you can live and love in the light of soul consciousness and become a fully-empowered spiritual being.
Your birthright is love, light, and the laughter that springs from spiritual joy.

Dear Children of the Sun, As a planetary race, we stand on the brink of new expansions and potentialities that are so magnificent that it is not even possible for the human mind to fully grasp what is about to unfold. As Children of the Sun, we incarnated this time through as the wings of Spirit to help usher in this magnificence while also knowing that the process would not be without challenge.
I share a recent experience which helped me to more greatly understand our deepening roles as planetary lightworkers. This sharing is intended to bring further exposure to a vast and oftentimes hushed subject matter that calls forth keener awareness and determined action. Please read with discernment and from compassionate awareness that, together, we CAN shift all rising potential, and prediction. On the morning of January 13, as reverberation of Haiti's earthquake was being felt and the news stories heard, an immense wave of energy swept through my office. It crashed my computer, deleted all open programs and immediately left me and my partner strangely ill. I was very perplexed about this occurrence which left a unsettled feeling that something just wasn't right.
I went deep into meditation to receive much needed clarity. I found myself journeying into the heart pulse of Mother GAIA. It was so intense that my body convulsed for a time prior to receiving her tender message.
She impressed very simply, that "Haiti" was not of her doing and that she would never do this, in this way, to her children. She went on to say that this occurrence was not of the Divine Plan, that our transition and accompanying earth changes are meant to happen in as much ease and grace as possible. She shared that what happened in Haiti was triggered by "man-made" causes and more outplay of this type are in great potential.
As this meditative journey continued, several vivid scenes flashed before me of rising potentials which all carried varying outcomes. I will do my best to capsulate this meaningful message and as this pertains to lightworker roles in these times of both revelation and great unpredictability.
2012 False Messaging
There seems to be determined contingencies of opposition upon this sacred Earth who are deliberately causing fear and confusion among the human race, especially capitalizing upon the prophecy of 2012. They work with the same principles and Universal Laws as we do and know very well that human thoughts create material plane reality.
Their main agenda is to interfere with the natural unfolding of our evolutionary plan by creating chaos and same scenario outplays as in previous cataclysmic cycles. These energies especially try to weaken the mind, the emotions and the physical body by targeting the human senses through subtle and unseen intoxication of what we see, feel, breathe, hear, taste, dream and imagine. If there is any imbalance, impurity or other vulnerability in ourselves, or, those with whom we have personal relationship, they have an open door from which to penetrate.
There are more of us reporting increased activity in this regard. There are more dreams in this regard. There are more predictions about worldwide cataclysm along with a plethora of 2012 survival strategies, doom and gloom scenarios, media hype and other false schemes. These opposing energies take advantage of the human's attachment to drama and especially the belief in the illusion of death. Their purpose is to sway mass consciousness to remain on the side of fear knowing that what is projected from this emotion will manifest if enough energy is behind the thought propulsion.
The Light of God never Fails
Through the choices that humanity has already made on much greater levels, we have come too far for the darkness to prevent our ascension into light. This does not mean, however, that the Divine Plan cannot be compromised. We are inspired to more boldly take our own evolution in hand and acquire the power, as a unified whole, to shift all obstacles and even prophecies that have been seeded in our consciousness.
These rising potentials, no matter the size, must be immediately addressed from expanded group awareness and focused illumined light activity. Clear vision, compassionate love and a stronger unified voice from all of us...all races, religions, cultures and tribes... is absolutely essential. GAIA summons all of us to help spread her message wide and far.
Legions of light from many realms and dimensions are behind the scenes working diligently on every facet of the Divine Plan for Earth to insure that all remains in coherence to Divine Will and Divine Purpose. Dhwal Kul, one of the many Ascended Masters with us, has recently reminded me that a great wave of energy will soon come to wash over the entire planetary body, instantaneously filling us all with unprecedented levels of illumined heart wisdom.
The Masters are also constantly impressing that we, as a collective and highly activated group, now have the ability to shift all rising potential, even to the level of affecting the electron spin. "Ye are Gods" are the words and the message constantly being sounded. Greater prayer and invocation, more streamlined focuses of light, externalization of our truths and deeper coherence in our group unification draws in the channeled and much needed streams of light, love and transmutation to more greatly clear and energize our sacred planet.
As Children of the Sun, our mission is to hold the balance of light for our ascending planet while helping people to stay focused in the vibration of the heart. We must never forget that we are focusing with and ascending on Mother GAIA, in whose body we are a corporate biological whole. We are her children and she loves and cares for us deeply.

Dear Lightworkers, Every day, you will find a little more freedom. All the guilt you hold within yourself, combined with your lack of forgiveness, prevent you from honoring yourself. So the automatic relief is to project the suppressed feelings of disgust outside yourselves and onto others. To heal the world, we must heal ourselves. And without forgiveness and compassion for ourselves; we cannot forgive or feel compassion for others.
There is so much pain and suffering in the world today and our compassionate nature is blocked, like a black, thick fog, binding us and holding us apart; unable to see our fellow brothers and sisters. As you awaken, you can be like the lighthouse, guiding the ships to safe harbor. Bridge the gap between lost souls that they might see one another.
To forgive yourselves, you must acknowledge the indiscretions and negative feelings toward yourself. The ego will resist looking at your weaknesses but do it anyway; without condemnation. Then silently say to the Universe (your God, your celestial guides, the All That Is?whatever resonates with you) and to those you recognize you have hurt, "I want to apologize for my mistakes and my misguided interpretations. I want to be a witness to truth so that I can accept myself and others as they are; without blame or projection."
Believe in yourself and give up your self deprecation. Persevere, be witness to truth and judge no one. Divine assistance to help you right the wrongs in the temporary insanity on planet earth is coming to you. You will assist the plan through making right choices. Believe in no other false witnesses?trust in your divine guidance and believe in us, Dear Ones. We so adore you and promise support without fail. Give your allegiance to our system of peace and love. Four persons decided to go into silence. They moved into a cave; they wanted to live in silence for three months, because they had heard so much about it -- they had become so much intrigued. They were so ambitious to gain something out of it. It was not understanding that had brought them to the cave. It was greed, it was desire, ambition.
Hence within minutes everything was exposed.
Just within minutes the first man said, "I wonder whether I have put the candle out or not? It will be a sheer wastage, there is nobody in the house."

Natural Disasters and Catastrophic Events
Many people have asked me if I knew about what was going to happen in Haiti before it happened. The answer is "no." It is rare for me to be notified about the potential for disaster before it happens, unless it is the possibility of a storm that can be seen in the ocean before it reaches land. Even then, I don't always know about it because I don't watch the news unless my soul asks me to turn on the TV. My policy is to keep myself grounded and in touch with my soul and if something is my business to know or to be involved with, the soul will let me know. I keep bubbles of protection and filters around myself in order to not be constantly affected by the thoughts and feelings of other people. If it gets through the filters, I know it is mine to do.
When it becomes important for me to know about an event or a potential event, the soul will have me turn on the TV or have someone call me and notify me of the event. I am very careful to not get involved in things that are not my business. In the event of a possible tropical storm, an ice storm or a potential blizzard, I do call upon the 21st Ray of Climate Control, the Master Eufauchia and the Angel Josiah to dissipate the storm to whatever level is karmicly correct. If the storm, tornado, earthquake or tsunami has already happened, then my responsibility is to call forth legions of Angels to enter the area to assist the people who have been affected. If there is loss of life, we also call forth the Archangel Michael and the Band of Mercy to escort the souls who have left their bodies and to take them into the light. Anyone can do what I do. That is why I give you the specific information. Don't hesitate to use it. Don't leave the responsibility to someone else. You have the authority and the right and responsibility to use it.
Humans have a tendency to ignore the needs of others until some major event happens, then it seems our "Humanity" surfaces and we practice compassion and generosity more readily than we do on a daily basis. This is the reason these events are allowed to happen. They are also attracted to happen in locations where large amounts of negative energy accumulate, as it did in New Orleans. In areas where drug trafficking is prevalent, where Human trafficking is prevalent, where crime is prevalent.
In certain situations, where the Earth needs to release some pressure from the magma of Earth, some sensitive people will be notified before an event happens. You may remember the story of a group of us being asked to go to the coast of Oregon a couple of years ago to do work to stop the potential of an earthquake that would have set off all the volcanoes in Oregon and Washington. We did the work and asked the Earth to release the pressure in the bottom of the ocean far enough from civilization that no people or animals would be harmed and no tsunami would occur. The next day, the headline of the local paper read, "Mysterious fissures opened seventy miles off the coast of Oregon on the ocean floor."
When the bombing was going to happen in Oklahoma City, we were asked the day before in our group meditation to bring in legions of Angels into all the subdivisions of the metro area. We had no idea why so much help would be needed until we heard the explosion. Such events seem to bring out the best traits in Humanity. But we would hope that Humanity can evolve to not need such events in order to pay attention to the needs of the planet and the needs of all the inhabitants of Earth.
Staying grounded, but open to our souls, twenty-four seven is what is now expected of us. Soul communication happens through intention. Give your soul permission to communicate with you. Leave a quiet time in your life for the communication to happen, but begin to agree to have it turned on all the time. The Earth and Humanity are moving faster and faster, time is collapsing, we do not have time to only be available on Sunday morning, or once a day for fifteen or twenty minutes. It is imperative that we get brave enough to have knowingness at all times. Knowingness about what is our business, what is ours to do. Knowingness takes away our excuses, but it also gives us confidence that we are doing what needs to be done, doing what is our responsibility.
Practicing some form of creativity is one of the best ways to be available to your soul. Allowing the soul to be creative through you can be rewarding and beneficial to yourself and others. Ask your soul for input when you have a challenge. The soul is there to help us, not to judge us. This life is to be a co-creative adventure. When I first got brave enough to turn my life over to God I had no idea where that decision would lead me, but it has been the best choice I could have ever made. Knowing that the soul will not ask anything of you that it is not prepared to help you accomplish brings confidence and peace.
We are not expected to be perfect. We are expected to expect our best efforts of ourselves. We are expected to ask for help from our souls. The help may come in strange and mysterious ways. God seems to like to operate that way. The good news is even though I don't experience Her as being very efficient to my form of logic, She does have a good sense of humor. She doesn't practice the straight line is the shortest distance between two points, because She is always most interested in the people we meet along the way and how we interact with them.
Recently I've been writing about my life and as I look back at it, especially the past thirty years, I see so many synchronistic and serendipitous encounters and meetings that it all seems miraculous. Living in a way that my intention is to co-create with my soul, and to be constantly available to be used by the soul for whatever needs to be written, painted, spoken or done, has brought great personal rewards and more peace than I've ever imagined. It has brought me amazing friends and opportunities.
I strongly recommend that you begin to live with this intention and see where it takes you.
In Oklahoma City we are currently coming out of a week of blizzard-like weather. The snow is beautiful. We were spared the ice storm the weatherman predicted and instead given snow. The Elementals are willing to work with us to change the weather when it is allowed and we wanted to spare the trees another ice storm. We have been fortunate to keep our electricity.
We are to have warmer weather by the end of the week and no longer be house bound. Being house bound is sometimes a good thing; people have a tendency to nap and do indoor chores and sometimes even play with their children when they are kept inside by the weather. We had a blizzard at Christmas time just in time for people to stay in and rest after a month of rushing around to prepare for the holidays. We get so busy we sometimes forget to rest appropriately and to stop long enough to listen to each other and to our souls. Let's make this a year when we change that habit.

The True Meaning of 2012 By John Perkins Author of Confessions of an Economic Hit Man and Hoodwinked
The movie "2012" has generated a tsunami of controversy over an ancient Mayan prophecy. We can thank Hollywood for stirring up our interest. Perhaps we needed a film loaded with global destruction and special effects to awaken our collective consciousness to this time of transformation. However, the theater version misses the true meaning of the message those great mathematicians and visionaries intended us to hear all those many centuries ago.
As I head off this week into the Mayalands of Central America, a co-leading (with Llyn Roberts) a couple dozen people on a Prophets Conference expedition that will delve deep into the significance of this ancient legend, I am struck by the signs that we are indeed poised to experience events foretold by the Mayan prophecy. But do not expect them to resemble the mayhem displayed in the movie.
Although there are many different interpretations of this prophecy, the one most widely accepted by the Maya teachers I know is taken from the Popul Vuh, the Mayan creation myth. Far from predicting a Hollywood-style doomsday, it holds out the possibility of positive transformation. In its simplest form, the people overthrow an egotistical regime characterized by exploitation and deception and replace it with an enlightened and compassionate one. In the process, the people have to surrender their own egos and endure material and environmental hardships.
December 21, 2012 was identified by the Maya as the time when this transformation will become most obvious. It was an auspicious date for them because their astrologers predicted that at that moment the sun would move into alignment with the center of the Milky Way. Modern scientists, not the Mayas, offer theories that are the basis for the film's thesis that the earth's climate and magnetic poles may be changing.
My book HOODWINKED explores the deep underlying causes of the events that have now sent the U.S. and the entire planet spiraling toward the very things the Maya foretold - economic and environmental collapse - and what we must do to reverse this process.
The real cause of our current meltdown is predatory capitalism - the mutant form of an economic system that encourages widespread exploitation to benefit a small number of already very wealthy people. A new geo-political system has emerged; today the CEOs of big corporations, rather than governments, control human and natural resources around the globe, as well as politicians and the media. Their arrogance, gluttony, and mismanagement have brought us to the perilous edge. When I wrote HOODWINKED I was not thinking about the 2012 prophecy. Yet, now, as I prepare to visit the incredible cities these ancient people built, I realize that in an odd sort of way my writing is part of a tradition that stretches back to those Mayan visionaries.
We have indeed entered a critical time in human history. A tsunami is rapidly building on the horizon. Every person on earth is connected like never before, through the Internet and cell phones. Most of us have come to understand that we are perched on a shore that is threatened by a mounting wave of economic and environmental disaster.
We have only three years left until December 21, 2012. Whether or not you believe in this Mayan prophecy, we can all agree that we must turn things around. We must abandon our gluttonous, exploitative ways in favor of lifestyles and systems that will bequeath to our children and grandchildren a world they will want to inhabit. By definition, we simply must become sustainable.
You may want to take a moment, next time you pass by "2012" on a theater marquee, to reflect on the true message symbolized by those numbers. The real message is a call to action based on the knowledge that we can transform ourselves. It echoes down through the centuries from a people who built the magnificent pyramids that continue to enthrall and mystify visitors to the Yucatan Peninsula and who also created one of history's most accurate calendars - the one that ends in 2012.

Problems are created by the sense of separation which pervades the material stages of consciousness. These problems can be healed by the sense of integration experienced in the spiritual stages of consciousness.
A sense of guilt is very common in the material stages of consciousness. In these, guilt can run rampant, causing severe limitation in a person's path of spiritual development. A sense of guilt can spring from a real cause, such as a failure to live up to an obligation to help another person, or it can have its roots in imaginary fears. After all, guilt is one of the many manifestations of fear.
For example, a person can worry that they may be spiritually inadequate, even a sinner, perhaps. This creates the fear that God will not love them.
Such thoughts are created within the material range of consciousness. However, upon moving into the spiritual stages of consciousness, the reality changes radically. It's as if, in the spiritual world, the opposite is true. Instead of worrying about a lack of God's love, your main challenge is to channel the unlimited love which fills the universe without being too distracted from your daily life by all of this wonderful energy.
One of the main sources of guilt in modern society is the idea that humankind once fell from grace, and therefore it is fundamentally flawed. The question is, are we descended from sinners or are we simply part of an adventure where we explore life in a particularly realistic way thanks to our spiritual disconnection? I think that the answer lies, oddly enough, with the Ford Motor Company!
The Ford Motor Company has built millions of cars over the decades. Some of them have later been found to have defects. Invariably, serious defects have led to complete recalls of the affected cars so that the faults can be promptly corrected.
Now, if a manufacturer of cars can be so efficient in fixing any defects in the cars they make, why would God be any less efficient in fixing an alleged fault in the creation called humanity? Unless, of course, it's not a fault but actually a design feature.
God, the Creator of humanity, did not recall humanity to correct the alleged fault of spiritual disconnection. Therefore, it must be a design feature and not a fault. Life as a human is about finding out how to reconnect spiritually under the most realistic and challenging circumstances. And we continually rise to this challenge.
The higher stages of human consciousness are all about the development of spirituality. We are entering those stages of spiritual consciousness today, so wavegood-bye to imaginary guilt and move ahead with confidence into the realms of spiritual expansion which lie before you.

Throughout this entire time, we can ask the Company of Heaven and the I AM Presence of everyone on the planet to gather up the energy being released through Humanity's focused attention on this event. We can purify the energy with the Violet Flame and consecrate the energy to be utilized for the highest good of all Life evolving on this Earth.
On Saturday, February 13, 2010, we will experience a very powerful New Moon that is being enhanced by some celestial alignments that are empowering the frequencies of Divine Love throughout the Universe. How perfect that this alignment is occurring on the eve of the day that is celebrated throughout the world as a Day of Love, Valentine's Day.
During this Cosmic Moment in the Earth's evolution, nothing is happening by accident. 2010 has been heralded by the Company of Heaven as the "Year of Manifestation." This is the year when the archetypes for the New Earth will begin tangibly manifesting in the physical world of form. No frequency of Light is a more powerful catalyst for physical manifestation than the Transfiguring Divine Love of our Father-Mother God. This monumental influx of Light pours in, through, and around every person on Earth and our planetary cause of manifesting Divine Love within the hearts and minds of every man, woman, and child.
Our Father-Mother God now send forth a clarion call invoking the Archangels of Transfiguring Divine Love to come forth now. Twelve magnificent Solar Archangels of pure Divine Love descend into the atmosphere of Earth. These powerful Archangels take their strategic positions equal distances around the Earth's equator, as they willingly prepare to assist Humanity with this activity of Light.
As One unified force, the Archangels breathe the Transfiguring Divine Love of God from the very core of Creation into the heart and mind of every person on Earth. This influx of Light flows through every Heart Flame creating a symphony of Transfiguring Divine Love that ensouls and interpenetrates our Beloved Mother Earth and ALL her Life.
This influx of Divine Love now penetrates into the 5th-Dimensional Solar Heart Chakra of every person on the planet. The I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child becomes a power point of Light unified in consciousness with the I AM Presence of every other person on Earth, inbreathing, assimilating, expanding, and projecting this forcefield of Transfiguring Divine Love throughout Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom, the Angelic Kingdom, and the entire atmosphere of Earth.
The I AM Presence within every person is now the Open Door for this resplendent Light. At inner levels, every person on the planet is experiencing this forcefield of Transfiguring Divine Love.
Through the I AM Presence, every person is seeing the scintillating colors of Love, smelling the fragrance of Love, and hearing the Cosmic Tones and moving melodies of Love. Through this activity of Light, we are all, truly, Love in action. We are collectively changing the core vibration of the primal Light substance, which has gone into creating the present negative conditions manifesting on Earth.
Through the Love of our Father-Mother God, the Twelve Solar Archangels, and the I AM Presence of every Human Being, we are the CAUSE of this Forcefield of Transfiguring Divine Love now anchored on Earth. Together we have set in place the basic spiritual forces of Divine Love over which Humanity is now Ascending out of our long exile in darkness into the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Light.
Unified in consciousness with the Kingdoms of Earth and the Realms of Heaven, we are the Open Door. We are exploring and rediscovering the great Family of God in which we now find complete support for the fulfillment of our Divine Plans.
This is what our Father-Mother God's magnetic forcefield of Transfiguring Divine Love is attracting into each of us personally and all of us collectively. We are being raised into a profound awakening of Supreme Love consciousness. We are, here and now, the Masters of Love we were always destined to be.
We are Beings of Love, accepting responsibility for Loving this sweet Earth and all her Life FREE. We are One with this blessed planet, and the planet is One with us.
The Twelve Solar Archangels are now intensifying their Light through every person's Heart Flame. This activity of Light, and every person on the planet, is being lifted into a higher octave of Divine Service. Every person is involved with cocreating the patterns of perfection for the New Earth. Each one is being permanently invested with a Cosmic Forcefield of Transfiguring Divine Love. The longing for our perfect mate is a need engraved in our DNA.
We harbor a desire for restoration and unity, and search for the piece that is always missing.
In our journey through life, the search continues for something that can't be readily found.
It is a quest for wholeness.
We search for ourselves in others in a quest for healing and integration, in the constant pursuit of the final point of balance: the Zero Point where our Matter meets our Higher Self or Soul, where matter meets anti-matter.
The Point or center of gravity from where we can again be just ONE.
One Note inserted once again into the Symphony of Creation.
In the beginning, the Twins were created in God, the Alpha and the Omega.
In an ovoid white-fire-spirit-light, the Soul was split just like the atom into two identical parts, or Twin Flames: each with the same identical soul blueprint, but with different purposes.
One Essence divided itself into two exactly equal and opposite intonations in order to experience form. The Twin Flames were created together, in the dawn of time, like the two faces of the same coin.
But as the three-dimensional experience unfolded, they became separated by a dualistic system which pulled them into an unbalanced equilibrium, expressing itself through two extended and separated forms.
The Yin Yang symbolizes the Twin Flames' complementary sides: eternal love spiraling into infinity. The Color of this sublime Union is blue...a spiraling blue...
Sometimes, we meet someone with the similar frequency of our Twin Flame and this brings a feeling of Oneness.
The Love between Twin Flames is a Gate of Possibility to experience Union in a multi-dimensional way.
It can also represent the prototype of the "sacred marriage" - a reflection of the sacred union of the Divine Masculine and Feminine within the Source.
The Union of the Twin Flame is one of Service. It should not be romanticized in the context by which one perceives the male and female relationship. The Service of the Twin Flame is not only planetary but also cosmic and Universal.
The Twin Soul connection is always a triad involving the Divine Spirit / All That Is.
Two people connected by Soul, connected to God.
The spiritual connection with our Twin Soul is intense and profound.
Many may experience, whether consciously or in a dream state, a feeling of connection in the form of a matrix of golden white threads of light, because this connection continues to exist in various dimensions and frequencies, beyond the realms of duality.
Twin Souls may not unite physically here on Earth. The relationship may last many lifetimes on the spiritual level alone, while one or both may be living physically with another soul in karmic agreement.
They may not be together in this dimension, but they have not been truly apart.
Only when both original halves of the Twin Ray become strong pillars on their own, when both have healed and resolved their karmic ties in the present life; can they finally unite to fulfill their Divine Purpose.
The Breath of God is the force of Divine Action. Once the true Tonal Mates, the two parts of the Original Twin Flame, have come into union and are reunited through the Breath of God; NO element or energy from any octave, dimension, or frequency can shift the connection.
The reunion of the Keepers of the Flame is ultimately the Unification, or personification, of the Trinity: The Twin Flames and The Christ Consciousness.
The reunion of these parts will bring back to the world an unconditional love and service to mankind, which will transcend all definitions of male/female unions on this planet.
Through this, we as souls can finally manifest the higher Dimensional Frequencies of Oneness.
This is the ultimate goal: the reunion with our Twin, to create and amplify the Harmonic Intonation of Completion and to be of service of all Sources of Goodness and Pure Light.

Creativity is the feminine polarity of life; a sense of playful experimentation. Creative energy is the flow of art, and moves as a spontaneous response to stimuli. Creativity stems from dreaming and intuition, and a wide horizon of perception." -- Excerpt from The Journal of Creative Intent #2
Creativity is the juiciness and flow of life. It is often unexpected, unexplainable, and unpredictable. Creativity is our unique expression of life, manifested for pure joy. When we are in the river of creative flow, we do not seek a reward or recognition; we tap into the unknown and for a moment, mystery moves through us into form.
Creativity cannot be forced or scheduled, but it can be enticed and opened to. As we make ourselves vessels and clear out our own doubts and shoulds and rules, creativity often comes to fill and soon overflow through us. We see new possibilities, new actions, new ways of being. We are inspired to take the inner images, sensations, and taste of our inner world and make them tangible.
This creative expression is not only what artists strive for. Creativity is a vital force in helping us move through our own internal obstacles and fears.
The places of limitation within us often stem from the creative ways we tried to stay "safe" when we were children. For example, most of us grow up with a sense of scarcity in our lives: scarcity of love, scarcity of resources, scarcity of self-confidence. In order to compensate, people create fantastic agreements or strategies. "I have to be in a relationship or I am not whole." "If I have a lot of money in the bank, I am safe." "If I make sure everyone likes me, I know I am a good person." All examples of wacky internal creativity!
As we become more aware and strive to change these agreements, obstacles arise. Our old structure, which we created to make order in an unpredictable world, fights to stay alive. Our habitual response is to follow the old pattern. That relationship just ended, so I must quickly find another one, or feel lonely and fragmented until I do. I am feeling insecure, so I am going to go buy something expensive (and later go into fear that I don't have enough money.) My friend is disappointed in me, so I must have done something wrong.
When we are willing to risk being creative, there are a million different ways we can respond to stimuli. It is exciting! We pull our heads out of our tiny box of responses and look towards infinity for our answers. We approach our obstacles and fears with a sense of adventure. What will I do today? Who will I be today? What will I learn about myself today? Yeehaaaa!
For example: Your relationship ends, and you consciously choose to be creative, so you: Have a divorce celebration with some close friends to support you, where you cut the cords on this and all of your previous relationships; Spend a week in retreat, nourishing yourself with good food and lots of long hikes; Take your new alone time to do something you have always dreamed of trying; Get on the internet and create a personal, and then go on dates with fifteen people in four weeks with the agreement that you will not get into a relationship, but simply explore what you like or who you are around others; Shave your head and dedicate yourself to meditation for a year; Volunteer to help a child in need; Find a good therapist or spiritual guide.... What would be different from your usual pattern? Be creative!
To cultivate your own creativity this week, start by making a list of a problem in your life, and at least ten different ways to work with it. Let some of your ideas be crazy! Stretch your mind. If you cannot think of a problem, take the examples above (money in bank and disappointing a friend) and list ten creative things someone could do.
Then do at least one of these creative ideas this week.
Open your creative flow more fully by doing one artistic activity this week. Paint a dream, visit a museum and wander through the hallways feeling the art, dance wildly under the moonlight, build a fire and speak to the flames, or sing out loud in public.
Tapping into your creativity may feel awkward at first. Remember you are breaking your own box, which can feel frightening or liberating, or both simultaneously. Pay attention to where you want to limit yourself, or where you are uncomfortable stepping out of your own comfort zone.
Pay attention to the ways your mind goes into habit, and constantly challenge yourself: How can I be creative in this situation?

Transformation, on both the individual and collective levels, is possible on this Earth. Within your mind/body complex there is an immortal soul, a soul that fire cannot burn, sword cannot cut, water cannot drown, and immune to any disease or misfortune. Genuine spirituality does need and demand of us certain virtues. See that you care for and pay attention to others, but first and foremost keep your focus on your Lord. This will make you free from disturbance and miseries. You will become more peaceful, joyful and blessed.
The underlying foundation for transformation must always be built upon classical roots. This does not mean orthodoxy or traditionalism but that which is changeless and eternal. It has been called Sanatana Dharma, the "Eternal Path," in which God is seen as the underlying Reality of everything. This classical path is for everyone, whether young or old, rich or poor, even materialist or atheist. Since the Spirit is in everyone and our innate potential is there, why should it not be appealing and applicable to all? When the majority of humanity awakens to this higher consciousness, it will usher in a global transformation.
The first step is simply relaxation; this is very important. If you have a distracted mind, you will not see solutions even when they are right in front of you. Moreover, you cannot relax if you are preoccupied with time. Therefore, to help this relaxation process, try to transcend your focus on time. Secondly, never try to solve tension with tension, or argument with argument. If someone betrays you, don't betray him. If someone doesn't accept your friendship, just stay away. You may find that the problem is not even a problem. These things are solved by residing back within yourself, by relaxing your mind. To discover your inner wealth, you have to become imperturbable.
Transformation occurs within rather than without, but in order to go within we must have peace around us. We have to learn how to let go of disturbing ideas, relationships and situations, and not give them much importance. Relaxation is a healing process and the whole mechanism is within you. The things you are seeking outside - peace, love, satisfaction - begin to emerge from within.

We are here on Earth today, separated from the memory of our Divine connection, with a mission to find our way back to that from which we came. People are awakening to that mission. This is the climax of the adventure of human life on Earth. We are becoming aware of our spiritual nature and beginning to explore the expanded realms of awareness which open up to us as we embrace the New Spirituality. Ahead of us lies the manifestation of all of the incredible potential that we have as self-empowered individual aspects of God.
As we live our lives today, we face the great wonder that we are a part of a transformation that will be viewed retrospectively as The Great Change, or simply The Shift. To be a part of this transformation is to be a part of God’s plan for humankind upon Earth. This is the time when all of our past experiences are coming together to make possible one great climactic step forward in human evolution.
When the Earth has finished moving into the new, higher energy level, everything will be different. Compared to the old days, it will be as though a great weight has been lifted from above our heads. We will be able to attune ourselves with the divine spirit within and attune ourselves with each other with such ease that we will wonder why we hadn’t been living life this way all along.

As always, I pray you are well. Writing this article was not my idea. It was God's, and here's how it happened.
This year I began a year long class on "Mastering Alchemy." Included in this class is a strong emphasis on "Living Words." Given a list of more than 100 words and traits that carry a very high vibration, we are asked to choose and live three of the words and traits daily. It's a very powerful practice. Anyway...
Nearing the end of last week's class we were asked to choose and embody three words (without thinking) that we would "wear" if we were going to lunch with the Creator. I chose the words powerful, gracious and kind. (No thought.)
I went to sleep having the image in mind and heart of God, and me together, at lunch. Upon awakening, I entered my morning meditation (with journal and pen next to me,) and guess who joined me? God.
I felt the presence that I have come to know as God, 'come over me' before the words were telepathically impressed upon my consciousness. "Would you like to have breakfast with Me?" I simply smiled from the inside out and said, "I would love to." I noticed, very quickly, that I was still embodying the living words powerful, gracious and kind. Upon consciously noticing my state of being, a burst of Love palpably moved through my heart. I had the sensation that God was mirroring me, by being powerful, gracious and kind, to me.
I spoke my feelings about that out loud and here, in part, is what I received about each of you and the year ahead.
"You have just experienced, 'there is only One of us.' I have long told you that you will only teach that which you experience. You yourself needed this reminder, so you could remind the many. Who you are, is who I Am. How you Be is how I Be. How you love Me is how I love you. We are One.
Now you have a deeper awareness of why I ask all of you to create time for Me daily and come to me open-hearted and filled with love. Only through love and intentional contact can you access Me, hear Me, feel Me, know Me, collaborate with Me and make your way gracefully through your life; particularly through this next year.
Humanity is well within the energy field of 2012. Make no mistake about it, and do not take this lightly. What has been written thus far about 2012 has engaged many minds, now you must engage your hearts, so you will not miss what you have incarnated for, which includes meeting many Beings of Higher Consciousness that you have had a 'through the veils' experience with.
The timeline of the third dimension has collapsed, more quickly than anticipated. Your Beloved Mother Earth is in a most fragile state and has chosen to birth her ascended state now. She is doing so in great part to move herself up to her next level of consciousness, as she is dying in the former one, and in great part to push each of you into your next level of consciousness, for you too are dying in your former one.
The year ahead will be the most fascinating of any that you have had in your human experience, Beloveds. From meeting your space brothers and sisters, Archangels and Angels, to the many moments of alchemy and magic, apparent tragedy and transcendence, each of you will live the year in front of you being beckoned moment by moment to choose love or to choose fear, purposefully.
Your state of consciousness is being put to every test now, and for good reason. What you choose in each moment will determine where you will live in the new order outside of time. Whatever you choose is where you will be, and where you will be will mirror that which you choose.
The new earth is mandated to be duality and polarity free. The same is true for each of you in order that you ascend. You have been told before, via the one that writes this, that you are positioned to become heroes in a transition stage. Only through love stabilized, and consistency and communion with Me, are you able to hold the frequency of the new Earth and the fifth dimension without falling back into another deep sleep of separation.
You are each surrounded by vast Legions of Light Beings of the highest order that are positioned to help you as well. Each ask that you strengthen your rapport with them, ask for what you need, participate in your ascension and claim your victory.
It is also true that energies of a Dark nature still linger, attempting to win your affection. Circumstances are ripe for them to enter your lives each time you choose fear over love, regardless of any experience you are in the midst of. Come and sit with Me and I will tell you the Truth about any of your experiences, if you will listen with an open mind.
You will be well served if your stories that you continue to claim as the reason for your despair and malfunction have Light cast upon them, rather than the mortal mind's repetitive shadows. In the Light you will see Truth. In the Light and Love of Truth, along with your devotion to your shift, you are made capable of transmuting patterns of fear, patterns of repetition, change genetic coding, alter your DNA, and shift your entire ancestral lineage.
"How am I to do that," you might ask, "when I am jobless, uncertain, and my abundance is dwindling?" You choose to stop believing that you are jobless or without abundance and you will stand in the middle of your own transformation.
Be of good service to others, and you will have a job. Give and you will receive. That is the Law and the Promise. You have no need for the details. It is already written. Trust Me, or trust your mind. You choose.
Humanity has had a perception challenge for millennia. Stop perceiving anything. Let the former notions and perceptions seep out of you until you are empty. Empty. And when you are empty, I will fill you up with the nectar of a God, not a human playing small, but a God playing Big. You choose. Yes I know this is a big stretch for many. So be it. Stretch and empty yourselves, and see what you find. You have nothing to lose but a state of mind that has killed off many a Truth.
Choose love and love is what you will get. Take your mind out of everything it has formerly invaded.
Where you take notice of a conflicted nature, sit down and breathe. Connect to The Great Central Sun and the crystalline grid of Mother Earth, with your breath. Learn how to run stabilized energy through your bodies as easily as you put food into your mouth. Get into your body and compose yourself. Come to Me and I will lead you back to yourself and prepare you to enter a Higher Order outside of time.
I have told you this before and I tell it to you again. You are Gods in human form. You are loved beyond your deepest imaginings. You are My heart beating, and I love you.
Believe Me and come forth.

Visionary author Gregg Braden tells us that we will enter a new world age in 2012. The transformation has already begun, but conditions are ripe for real changes this year. How our society collectively approaches the challenges in 2010 will make the critical difference for what transpires in 2012.
Forget all the scary predictions you might have heard about 2012, says author Gregg Braden. The real challenges are likely to be this year: 2010.
But as always, what actually comes to pass will depend on the collective consciousness we hold as human beings. We have choices.
Braden, whose books integrate science and spirituality, waded into the 2012 controversy last year with Fractal Time: The Secret of 2012 and a New World Age. He does not make predictions as much as lay out probabilities based on astronomy, ancient wisdom and myth, geologic records, and what little we know about the end of ages past. He also created his own mathematical system to forecast potential events, the Time Code Calculator.
“Are we headed into a time of catastrophe or 1,000 years of peace? Are we looking at Armageddon, Eden, or possibly both?
The truth is that no one knows for sure,” Braden writes.
In any discussion of what 2012 portends, Braden suggests keeping three things in mind:
• We know humanity will not be wiped out. Humans have weathered these passages before and lived to tell the story.
• We are already in the shift now. It actually began about 1980 and will continue until about 2016, Braden says. What we are living through is typical for the end of an age: global warming, melting polar ice caps, rising seas, exponential population growth, depletion of natural resources, and war, especially over natural resources. It is temporary.
• We know from spiritual law that we can choose how to move through change and choose what comes after it.
What Are the Predictions?
Ancient civilizations knew the earth passed through long cycles, and they told stories of cataclysmic changes that had occurred during shifts in the past. We have hints of lost civilizations and mass extinctions.
The Hindu Vedas, written about 1500 B.C. but passed down as oral history long before then, describe how the universe is created, destroyed, and reborn over vast periods of time called yugas.
We are believed to be in a Kali Yuga, also known as the Iron Age or Black Age, the period of greatest darkness for humankind. It is the shortest cycle and a necessary transition. People living through a Kali Yuga are believed to lose 75 percent of their self-awareness, Braden writes. This period is marked by:
• Unreasonable rulers.
• Addictions.
• Famine and death.
• Helpless targets preyed upon.
The Hopi tell stories about three worlds, vast lengths of time that ended:
• First, with fire.
• Second, with the planet freezing over and not spinning.
• Third, with a great flood.
Their prophecy says we are in a fourth world that will end in our lifetimes, and we will soon be living in the fifth. Hopi prophecy states, “When earthquakes, floods, hailstorms, droughts and famine will be the life of every day, the time will have then come for the return to the true path.”
Writes Braden: “The key here is that the Hopi knew of these cycles long before modern researchers could confirm them scientifically. If such indigenous knowledge of cycles is so accurate for the past, then what does that mean for their predictions of what's to come in the future?”
The Aztecs, like the Mayans, believed the universe is composed of great waves of energy that repeat as cycles over time. They call these cycles “suns” and say we are living at the end of the fifth sun. End-of-cycle changes are necessary for purification before we move on.
They believe the other “suns” ended:
• First, when the animal kingdom overcame the human kingdom.
• Second, with a great wind that swept the earth clean.
• Third, with a rain of fire from the sky (supported by geologic records of a time when portions of the earth were covered with fire, perhaps from a giant asteroid).
• Fourth, with global cooling, also confirmed in the geologic record.
Nostradamus, the 16th-century French seer, predicted that the time around the new millennium would bring great change. So did Edgar Cayce, the American psychic of the 20th century, but he added, “It may depend upon much that deals with [the] metaphysical ... There are those conditions that in the activity of individuals, in line of thought and endeavor, keep oft many a city and many land intact through their application of spiritual laws.”
In other words, we have choices. “With each new cycle, we have the opportunity to move beyond the thinking that has limited or destroyed us in the past,” Braden writes.
Heeding the Lessons of Fractal Time
Fractals are patterns that repeat themselves throughout nature in large and small ways. For instance, the neurons of the brain fire in the same pattern as lightning in the sky. The particles inside an atom replicate a solar system. The arms of the Milky Way look like the outer bands of a hurricane, and the same spiral pattern occurs in the way hair grows on a human head or seeds grow in the center of a sunflower.
Braden uses fractals, a form of geometry first put forth by math professor Benoit Mandelbrot at Yale in the 1970s, to describe the repeating cycles of time. Events occur in patterns, he says, and if we know where we are in a cycle, then we can calculate when events might repeat themselves.
For example, using his Time Code Calculator (available at www.greggbraden.com), he can take the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor as a seed event and predict future times when conditions are ripe for an attack on the United States. One such date was Sept. 11, 2001, the day the Twin Towers came down, he says. Another was in 1984, when the United States came perilously close to a missile strike from the Soviet Union, although few knew at the time.
This is an important point: The calculator shows when conditions are right but cannot predict what will actually happen. It's like a tornado watch—conditions are right for a tornado to develop, but that doesn't mean one will.
By Braden's calculations, this is the year—2010—when conditions will be right for a surprise attack on the United States, the use of nuclear weapons, and an economic crash. Conditions that could produce a global war show up in 2011.
That doesn't mean it will happen, and the consciousness we hold is crucial.
“When we understand what the darkness of our cycle means and why it's necessary, we begin to see the great challenges of our time in a new light,” Braden writes. “With that light, our moment in history and our response to the changes that come with it take on new meaning. With these ideas in mind, it becomes even clearer that now is the best time for us to go through such a cycle.
“The reason is that now is the first time we have the understanding, the need, and the technology to reach into the realm of all possibilities and choose the kind of future that will arise from the chaos of the present.”
Keep in mind that even if our current times seem bleak, he said, “the polarities of peace, healing, love and compassion are alive, well and abundant.” As always, whatever we choose to focus on will expand.
“All the big stuff will happen before 2012, just as it has been in these last few years,” Braden said in a teleclass.
Braden writes that heart-based living will directly affect the way we experience this historic shift.
“We're creating the new normal,” he said. “We're choosing right now what it is that comes from the dust of unsustainable ways of living that are collapsing. Rarely do we have the opportunity to literally reformat an entire civilization the way we do right now.”
Spiritually, heart-based living comprises the compassion, love, wisdom and understanding that Unity calls living from the Christ within. But heart energy can also be measured by science.
Satellite recordings have shown that the earth's magnetic field spikes whenever human beings are joined in focus. It happened on Sept. 11, 2001, when the Twin Towers came down, and in 1997 when Princess Diana died. Incredibly, this means that the heart-based emotion of the world's population can actually change the magnetic fields of the earth. And scientists have learned that magnetic fields influence everything from climate to war and peace between nations.
”When we create certain feelings in our heart—about our lives, relationships, people around us—we set up, literally, a pattern of energy that influences the very field that is changing the things in this world. We literally set up in our hearts a magnetic field in our bodies that speaks to the same magnetic field that influences all life on Earth,” Braden said in a teleclass.
Experiments are under way to do just that. The Institute of HeartMath® is developing the Global Coherence Initiative to find out how the earth's magnetic fields affect human heart rhythms, brain activity, stress levels and emotions. Then HeartMath, which has been researching the power of heart energy since 1991, will continue its efforts to teach individuals how to achieve the coherence that enhances our daily lives. The mission of the initiative is no less than “to shift global consciousness from instability and discord to balance, cooperation and enduring peace” (www.glcoherence.org).
So even as we face the challenges of moving from one world age to the next, “we are discovering that we are born with the power to harmonize our bodies with the life-sustaining fields of the earth in such a way that we can alleviate the potential suffering of those challenges. The way to do so is through the silent language of the heart,” Braden writes.
“What a powerful, beautiful and awesome convergence of circumstances. The way to ease the 2012 world-age transition is to change the way we feel about the world and to do so together. Could we ask for a more perfect scenario?”
We are already experiencing the birth of a beautiful new world and at the same time witnessing the death of everything that does not support that new world, he wrote. What will we choose? Will we cling to the old ways and fight for what remains or recognize that we are stronger together? Will we continue to compete for oil, water and fertile land or recognize that Earth is a home to be shared by us all?
“While anytime is a good one to make positive and life-affirming choices in our lives,” Braden wrote, “it seems as if nature is conspiring to create the perfect conditions that make choice and change easier: the 2012 choice point of opportunity.”

To emanate the energy from the spiritual choice, it is necessary to give up the grip of the limiting ego. Challenge the way you see things and confront routines. Give up fixed viewpoints and look carefully behind each opinion and point of view. Consider the source of your judgment and be open to other options and new possibilities.
You cannot be strong without giving up self-righteousness. Self-righteousness is the linchpin for unraveling the entire ego structure. The ego’s belief or desire to be superior to fellow human beings is an attempt to overcome the sense of worthlessness by denying it or projecting it onto others.
This pervasive ego strategy, employed by the multitudes, is the source of wars at all levels. The ego’s effort to exonerate itself escalates the drama and dissension. It is time to shatter these deadlocks of blame and persecution by seeing that all interactions are a process of reciprocity. The mutual dynamic is like a dance of pain and suffering between two people, each unwilling to stop.
Every pain holds the seed of freedom and peace, if felt and experienced, rather than denied or projected onto another. What is vehemently defended holds the secret to your emancipation. When you defend yourself it intensifies the grip of fear. If you but knew this, you would put down your sword and shield immediately. Behind your fear of pain and condemnation you will find the relief your soul desires.
Recognize that the obstacles you face are opportunities disguised as problems. They are an opening to your freedom. Pronounce truth and allow others the freedom to choose their own reactions or responses. Do not give into self doubt but honor yourself and your experiences. Trust that your emotions are telling you the lessons you came here to learn. Allow the feelings from your experiences to emerge so that they can be faced and released. Stop looking for peace and love outside yourself. Discover true inner peace, love and joy by looking at the very pain you seek to avoid.
You believe that if you felt your pain fully, it would destroy you. You are running from a dreaded and impending wave of fear that you believe will come crashing down on you, crushing you into oblivion. But running is exhausting. The huge darkness cast upon you by the relentless wave is like a cloud of suffering, blocking the light and love you want in your life. Stop, turn, and face your worst fear. When you do, you will find, to your utter relief, the foreboding wave is gently lapping against the shore.
To accelerate your growth and personal happiness, learn that any sense of fear, panic, pain or resistance are indicators of the parts of yourself that need healing. Know that your emotions are not caused by another but are coming from your own thoughts and stories of who you think you are. It is not true. Welcome your feelings and sensations instead of refusing to acknowledge them. Be gentle with yourself. And most importantly, give up claims of self-righteousness. They prevent your feelings from arising, they block your inner path to freedom and they alienate your fellow human beings.
When people open their hearts to unselfish, unconditional love, a whole new world of possibilities opens. Rather than spending effort avoiding the selfishness of others, they spend time making sure that the way they choose to serve society is done in the best way possible. When people can trust others to treat each other with love and respect rather than as competitors, then everyone gains.
As heart-centered awareness grows and blooms within society, people’s primary focus will shift away from service to self and towards service to others. When it does, the world will transform out of all recognition.
But you don’t have to wait for all of society to catch up. In both your personal and professional dealings with people, you have a reputation, and it is fed by word-of-mouth recommendation. Build your reputation as someone who tends to give more than is expected of them, and you will find yourself becoming increasingly popular in both your business and personal lives. People respond to heartfelt action and, as they say, what goes around comes around.
Action and reaction are opposite and equal in all types of thought and action. Your heartfelt action, by automatic reaction, will create a heartfelt reality among you and the people who are attracted to your energy. When you operate mainly out of a heart-centered frequency, you will notice that people are attracted to you in all aspects of your life. Friends, lovers, professional associates; everyone will be attracted to your magnetic personality.
Personal magnetism has been one of the great mysteries of life simply because, in the past, so few people have operated from that heart-centered frequency of awareness on a routine basis. However, it’s really no secret. It’s just one of those common-sense facts of life.
The secret of personal magnetism is that the more you unconditionally love people, the more they love you.
You don’t have to make a big deal out of it. You don’t have to stand there like some transmitter beacon, radiating huge amounts of heart energy. Top stage performers do, but you don’t. You can be very quiet about it and everyone will be quietly drawn to you. Everyone of a similar nature, that is. Everyone who appreciates kindness and a truly warm, genuine smile.
In other words, you’ll attract the very best of friends.
There’s nothing more attractive than a warm smile from a person who quietly radiates a sense of unconditional love for themselves and all others.
